Das Grundstück mit fantastischen Meerblick ist ca. 1000 m² groß und verfügt über einen eigenen nierenförmigen Swimming-Pool (4x8 m) mit Beleuchtung und leistungsfähiger Umwälzanlage und sowie:

In unserem Ferienhaus befindet sich ein Flachbildschirm (SAT-TV/Terr.), so dass Sie alle deutschen und viele fremdsprachigen TV- und Radiosender zur Verfügung haben.
Wenn Sie später am Abend in der Dunkelheit nach Hause kommen, sorgen Dämmerungsschalter dafür, dass die Zugänge und Wege beleuchtet sind.
Im Garten mischt sich alter und junger Baumbestand. Das Grundstück ist teilweise von einer Natursteinmauer umgeben.
Die Hanglage und der Meerblick gehören zu den besonderen Merkmalen Maryvillas. Die Urbanisation hat einen eigenen Kieselstrand. Die breiten Sandstrände von Calpe beginnen nach ca. 3,5 km Wegstrecke und ziehen sich kilometerweit hin.
Die Tennis- und Golfanlage von Calpe sind für sportbegeisterte Besucher zu empfehlen.

The property with fantastic sea views is about 1000 m² and has its own kidney-shaped swimming pool (4x8 m) with lighting and powerful circulation system and:

 In our house is a flat screen TV (satellite TV/Terr.), so you have all German and other internationale TV and radio stations available.

 If you come home later in the evening in the dark, twilight switches will ensure that the entrances and lanes are illuminated.

 In the garden mixes old and young trees. The property is partially surrounded by a natural stone wall.

 The hillside location and the sea view are among the special features of Maryvilla. The urbanization has its own pebble beach. The wide sandy beaches of Calpe begin after about 3.5 km and stretch for miles.

 The tennis and golf course of Calpe are recommended for sports enthusiasts.
